St. Peter’s is hosting the annual VBS (Vacation Bible School) on July 8-12th, from 9am-noon each day. Ages are 5-12 years. The theme is To Mars and Beyond so let’s take a trip to outer space to retrieve our Power Sources with our Mascot EP3-20, the robot puppet. Games, crafts, music, snacks and stories will help you along your space journey. Please pre-register with Linda at firstname.lastname@example.org or 705-436-9769. St. Peter’s, June 9th @ 9:15 a.m. during regular service. A Piper will be leading the congregation into the Cemetery for prayers. A light lunch will be served in the Parish hall. Everyone is welcome to celebrate the lives of those buried at St. Peter’s.
Confirmation classes will begin Sunday, May 5th at 2 PM until and including June 2 at St. Peter’s in the parish hall. These classes will be approximately two hours in duration and will be held every other week. Our Diocesan Bishop, Bishop Andrew will be at St. Peter’s on June 16th and will preside over a Joint celebration of Confirmation and Eucharist at St. Peter’s Church. Please mark this important date in the life of our young people and the Parish.
Our children from St. Peter’s will be visiting the OSPCA on Sunday, April 28th at 11:00 a.m. to tour the facility, pet some animals and deliver some needed supplies. They will be leaving the church right after the service.
Join St. Peter’s on April 14th at the Churchill Library at 9:00 a.m. for the annual Palm Sunday procession to the church for 9:15 a.m. service. Everyone is welcome to join the children as they walk the distance in period costumes. Cheer us on from the sidelines or walk along with us.
