WELCOME FR. AUSTYN EJIOGU
Please help us welcome Fr. Austyn Ejiogu to our Parish of Churchill and Cookstown. His first service will be May 3rd at St. Peter's Church, 6254 Yonge Street, Churchill at 9:15 a.m. followed by a service at St. John's in Cookstown, 29 Church St, at 11:15 a.m.
Fr. Austyn comes to us from his position as an Assisant Priest at St. Paul's, Bloor Street since 2022. He received his BA in Religion from the University of Nigeria and a B.Th. from Trinity Theological College and Master of Theological Studies from Trinity college at the University of Toronto.
Fr. Austyn will be living in the Rectory in Cookstown at 2 Albert Street, with his wife, Rejoice, a teacher, and three children, one girl and twin boys. Please help us welcome him and his family by attending either service.

We are excited to invite you to the Kid's Ministry at St. Peter's and St. John's each week.

FOOD BANK COLLECTION
St. Peter's has a permanent Food Bank Bin in the Parish hall for on-going collection. This will be taken to the local food bank at the Community Church on Innisfil Beach Road on a regular basis as non-perishables are received. Every little donation counts. Please check expiry dates on the items. Thank you everyone.
We make frequent deliveries to the Food Bank, thanks to a very generous congregation and community. Our recent delivery to the Food Bank was 129 pounds and a cheque for $420.00 from our Pancake dinner outreach. Thanks to everyone who attended and donated. Special thanks to FOODLAND for donating the sausages.
